The client had a great ridgetop vacant lot in Bel Air and wanted to develop a luxurious 4,000 s.f. plus 5 bedroom home capitalizing on views.

We developed an open floor plan incorporating a colonnade around a grand two story foyer complete with curved staircase. The rear elevation has large expansive glass exploiting great vistas. A maids quarters is located near kitchen. A large gallery atop the stair serve as a foyer to sleeping rooms.
